Aujourd’hui, je vous parle de abura-age, c’est-à-dire du tofu frit. Normalement, on le trouve en couleur ambrée, comme le morceau tout à droite de la photo.

Yakisoba pan

Un post en retard encore une fois! J’étais en vacances, mais là, je me rattrape, promis!

Voici un yakisoba pan (ou roll), soit un pain de hot dog fourré aux nouilles de sarrasin (soba) qui ont été poêlées avec des épices, sauces (etc…). Il y a également de la mayonnaise et du gingembre confit. Pas très sain, assez bizarre au premier abord, mais plutôt bon!

Here is a yakisoba pan (or roll), that is to say, a hot dog bread stuffed with buckwheat noodles (soba) that have been fried with spices and sauces (etc…). There is also mayonnaise and marinated ginger. Not very health, kinda weird at first sight, but quite good!

Mozzarella Kraft

J’ai découvert par hasard cette mozzarella au supermarché. Elle vient de la marque Kraft, et est faite avec du lait de Hokkaido, donc je suppose, produite au Japon.

I discovered by chance this mozzarella in my supermarket. Its coming from the brand Kraft, and made with Hokkaido milk, so I guess it is produced in Japan.
