De retour sur le blog / Back on the blog

19 Sep

Hey everyone!

So, after around 9 months away from my blog, I’m back for at least a couple of posts.

I was quite busy because it was my last year as a student, and then I quickly moved to Italy to work. I had to wait for 7 weeks to get an Internet connection, then I went on jolidays and hosted friends and family… Anyway, loads of excuses to explain this 9-months break.

However, I still have stuffs to write and share! So you’ll get the first articles in the next coming weeks.

Have a nice weekend!

Jacques Genin arrête de vendre les pâtisseries individuelles / Jacques Genin stops selling individual pastries

9 Apr

It took me a while to find this piece of information since I am not living in Paris since January. I am very sad of learning that Jacques Genin won’t produce any more individual pastries, because it was, in my opinion, the best pastry chef of Paris for classical pastry. Nevertheless, I completely understand his decision, and I hope I will be able to try out his pastries made for several people as soon as I come back home (or how to make an unofficial announcement to my relatives).

Tonight or tomorrow (depending on where you are around the globe), I will post something about a great Fish & Chips in Stratford-Upon-Avon, the birth city of Shakespeare.

See you soon !
