Pear Crumble

28 Nov

One of my favourites desserts on earth. It is so quick to cook and quite delicious (and you obviously feel really fine because it is made with fruits). During summer, I usually do it with apricots, but for winter, I use fresh pears.

-4-5 pears (at least 500gr)

-100gr of butter

-100gr of flour

-100 gr of sugar

Firstly, you need to preheat the oven at 230°C (th7) and cut the pears into small pieces and but it at the bottom of your pan (don’t forget to spread a bit of butter inside the pan or put a cooking paper).

Then, melt the butter, and mix it with sugar and flour.

Mix it until you get a crumbly dough as above. Finally, spread the crumb on top of the fruits to cover everything.

Put the pan in the oven and let it cook for 20-25 minutes.

Before taking the pan out of the oven, check that the pear is cooked enough, it must be so soft that it can be cut just with a teaspoon.
