Vietnamese snacks: Chè

20 Sep

This is one of the special desserts Vietnam offers.

I really don’t like it but thought it was worth sharing it.

There are many varieties of Chè, but usually it is something cold with coconut milk.

Mine was made with coconut milk, ice cubes, sweet beans, small pieces of dried coconut and a few coloured cereals made with puffed rice.

It’s pretty sweet and Vietnamese kids are fond of it! You can find it on the street or in some cafes.
